Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer systems for the company's staff.
∎ Must have a good understanding of graphic design work and know the work.
∎ Providing technical support to customers regarding the use of medical devices with computer components (e.g., software for diagnostic equipment).
∎ Maintaining and repairing computer hardware and software used in the business.
∎ Ensuring the company's computer systems comply with relevant data privacy regulations (especially important in healthcare).
∎ Implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect patient data and company information.
∎ Assisting with the integration of new medical devices and equipment with the company's existing IT infrastructure.
∎ Communicating effectively with medical device vendors and IT service providers.
∎ Staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in medical technology and computer systems.
∎ Researching and recommending new software and hardware solutions to improve efficiency and data management.
