Age can be flexible subject to skill set and experience candidates.
The applicants should have experience in Accounts, Tax, VAT and Commercial, Tally ERP software, group of companies.
Adequate knowledge on MS Office.
Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali & English.
Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skill as well as have the mentality to perform under pressure.
Must have curiosity to learn and develop skill set.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain liaison, submit Invoice and collect payment on time from the customers.
Check suppliers and service provider`s bill as well as keep record in Software on regular basis.
Prepare LC documents and maintain communication with bank for LC purpose.
Reconcile Bank Book with the Bank Statements on monthly basis.
Maintain Petty cash and reconcile of daily cash transaction with Cash book.
Keep record and preserve VAT & Tax related documents properly.
Prepare report time to time on budget variance.
Any task assigns by Reporting Supervisor.
