∎ Master in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
∎ To monitor the floor for checking all kinds of compliance issues.
∎ Train up to employees on all safety awareness issue different company policy and maintains all kinds of training records.
∎ Ensure the factories are compliance with social ethics & health and safety requirements, act.
∎ To find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring Monthly internal audit in the factory.
∎ Conduct internal audit in the light of BEPZ Local Law, Factory Rules, Buyers COC & other national & international legal instruments.
∎ Monitor compliance certification WRAP, BSCI, C-TPAT, GRS, and RCS & GOTS etc. and handle their different audits with requirements.
∎ Communicate, maintain, handle and implement all social safety audits whether buyer & certification/membership audit as BSCI, C-TPAT, WRAP, RSC, NIRAPON etc.
∎ Maintain every compliance mechanism/tools internally through weekly, monthly and yearly comparative statistical report & tools.
∎ Conduct internal H&S and Environmental assessments in a regular interval.
∎ Follow-up CAP and communicate with concern department to take Corrective Action Plan and ensure the work has done by timeline & update to Department Head HOD time to time accordingly.
∎ Update to Head of Department all compliance issues regularly.
∎ CAP Preparation of Internal Audit, Buyer COC etc.
∎ Prepare and maintain all documents for Higg. And arrange the training accordingly to concern department.

∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Factory Compliance.
∎ Computer basic knowledge.
