Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in preparing the factory for different audits such as HIGG, Customers' COC standards, social / ethical / environmental audit, etc.
∎ Assist to ensure fullest implementation of customers' COC, BEPZA Law and others related laws/ rules.
∎ Assist to ensure that the factory is always prepared / ready for audits including internal, social, environmental, security, etc.
∎ Follow up and ensure implementation of all corrective and preventive actions as per submitted CAP to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Assist to develop, review, periodically update, publish and implement applicable compliance policies as per local law & different stakeholder requirements.
∎ Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements.
∎ Liaise with and undertake needful initiatives for BEPZA, Compliance Audit firms, and other related offices/ stakeholders to ensure compliance standards are practically in place.
∎ Prepare internal audit plan, conduct internal audit as per schedule and report to management regarding the improvement of the system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ (1) Must have knowledge on EPZ Labor Act & Rules, BNBC, Higg vFEM, Alliance, Sedex.
∎ (2) Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law & Rules, applicable Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law, ILO conventions, Accord, BSCI and 14001: 2015 will be considered as added advantage.
∎ (3) Preference will be given for candidates having relevant knowledge or experience in carbon emission reduction initiatives, renewable energy, sustainability initiatives.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary review after successful completion of probationary period along with guaranteed allowance of BDT 4,000.
