∎ Masters / Bachelor's degree from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with outstanding retail loan borrowers and confirm the payment;
∎ Control forward flow rates and ensure maximum backward flow/ regularization for the number of accounts and volume;
∎ Maintain service levels within acceptable ranges, including customer service, especially to resolve the problem at the early stage of failures;
∎ Achieve predefined target PAR, NPL, and Flow rate;
∎ Collect the amount due from the customer within the prescribed period;
∎ Arrange and execute single/group visits to hardcore customers;
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by giving the best services;
∎ Communicate with unsettled borrowers, borrower's family members, and guarantor/s through phone and physical visits;
∎ Ensure a 'No customer complaint' environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 years of experience in a retail collection position, preferably in a bank or financial institution;
∎ Knowledge of collection negotiation skills and related collection activities;
∎ Must have product knowledge;
∎ Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills;
∎ Be customer-centric, self-propelled, and capable of exceeding the assigned target.
