Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in any subject from any recognised university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange and conduct mock interview for the Career Hub participants.
∎ Closely work with MEAL and Product data team to develop interview assessment by marking template and categorizing participants as per performance.
∎ Working with the internal HRD team to assist in developing competency-based interview framework for entry level positions.
∎ Provide feedback both oral and written to participants on mock interview performance.
∎ Work with material development team to develop different template i.e. CV review, presentation skills, interview and others.
∎ Closely work with Private sector engagement team to understand employers need and assis the material development team to develop job readiness training and guide participants accordingly.
∎ Create and collect contents on sector specific interview skills so that participants have better understanding on all sectors from partner’s HR.
∎ Collect content for improvement plans, taking sessions for grooming participants.
∎ Regular following up partners, beneficiary and other relevant stakeholders of this project.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper implementation of activities as per project needs and identify the risk factors to mitigate those proactively.
∎ Maintain regular liaison with project stakeholders, local government, employers, technical institute, private sector, civil society representatives, NGOs who are work in skills development.
∎ Prepare relevant reports and documentation as required by projects and share them with project stakeholders & supervisor.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preference will be given to the candidates having one year work experience in development sector precisely on partnership development, promotional activities etc.
∎ Sound knowledge on job market and career development aspects.
∎ Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
