∎ Proven experience of multi donor portfolio management, budget review and budget analysis.
∎ Demonstrated knowledge of financial systems and procedures.
∎ Adequate skills in Analytical, Communication and interpersonal.
∎ Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload and to work to meet tight deadlines.
∎ Willingness and ability to dramatically change work practices and hours, and work with incoming surge teams, in the event of emergencies
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel, word and power point. Ability to develop different type of presentation for management.
∎ High proficiency (oral and written) in both Bangla and English
