Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. /Diploma in Textile Engineering from any reputed university
∎ Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with Automations experience
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have knowledge on auto dispensing operation & maintenance.
∎ Ensure on time dispensing of all chemicals & dyes to dyeing machines.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on trouble shooting of the system & auto dispensing machine.
∎ Must have knowledge on dyeing process & programs to ensure the automation as per requirement of dyeing section.
∎ Train & lead his team about auto dispensing procedure & programs.
∎ Ensure schedule maintenance of the auto dispensing systems, lifting section, dissolving section, pipeline etc
∎ On time filling of chemicals in the store tanks to ensure uninterrupted supply of chemicals through auto dispensing.
∎ Ensure on time dyes dissolving as per demand from dyeing & to ensure supply of dyes to dyeing machines on time.
∎ Jobs given by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 years experience as a relevant post.
∎ Expert with (Both production process & maintenance) at least 5 to 8 Years in a reputed industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto Dispensing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit Dyeing Factory
