• Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing and Switching, DNS, DHCP etc.)

• Network Protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLAN, MPLS, Frame Relay, PPP etc.)

• Operating Systems & Virtualization

• Disaster Recovery & High Availability

• Overseeing the deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure for all users

• Configuring secure and reliable internet connections across all user environments

• Implementing updates and firmware for Mikrotik routers, switches, and UniFi access points

• Configuring and maintaining CCTV cameras, access control, and solar system

• Collaborating with the ISP to troubleshoot outages and service disruptions

• Perform regular backups and system updates to ensure data integrity and system reliability

• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect factory data, including system access controls, firewalls, and virus protection measures

• Monitoring the health checking of all IT infrastructure systems

• Supporting end users with network-related issues and connectivity challenges
