• User support is handled through the ServiceDesk.

• Engaging with users to identify and resolve software, networking, or hardware issues.

• Setting up and configuring client computer and storage server systems.

• Overseeing the deployment and maintenance of the factory network infrastructure.

• Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and Linux-based environments.

• Configuring secure and reliable internet connections across all user environments.

• Implementing updates and firmware for Mikrotik routers, switches, and UniFi access points.

• Manage and monitor the CCTV surveillance system.

• Collaborating with the ISP to troubleshoot outages and service disruptions.

• Supporting end users with network-related issues and connectivity challenges.

• Managing the procurement and servicing processes for IT equipment and ISP-related services.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and network diagrams.

• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
