Responsibilities & Context:
User support is handled through the ServiceDesk.
Engaging with users to identify and resolve software, networking, or hardware issues.
Setting up and configuring client computer and storage server systems.
Overseeing the deployment and maintenance of the factory network infrastructure.
Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and Linux-based environments.
Configuring secure and reliable internet connections across all user environments.
Implementing updates and firmware for Mikrotik routers, switches, and UniFi access points.
Manage and monitor the CCTV surveillance system.
Collaborating with the ISP to troubleshoot outages and service disruptions.
Supporting end users with network-related issues and connectivity challenges.
Managing the procurement and servicing processes for IT equipment and ISP-related services.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and network diagrams.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
