∎ BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Alternate Banking Channels Division:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that the ATM terminals are filled with cash and stationery in accordance with the order;
∎ Confirm receipt of deposits at CDMs within the time frame specified;
∎ Liaise with the ATM Service Center to ensure that any equipment issues are resolved as soon as possible;
∎ Maintain the ATM/CDM booth on a 24-hour basis;
∎ Ensure that the ATM/CDM booths are kept clean and in good working order;
∎ Identify and address equipment malfunctions on time;
∎ Control ATM cash in accordance with established procedures (ATM, trunks, or cassettes must be sealed) and reconcile daily;
∎ Balance cash at the appropriate periods and confirm that the proper procedure was followed;
∎ Ensure that ATM cash is constantly protected against unneeded and avoidable losses;
∎ Clear cash deposits precisely and on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 years relevant working experience;
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills;
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Office Package
∎ Geographical mobility and flexibility at work;
∎ Be customer-centric, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
