Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend Agent Queries and complaint on agent Banking Services.
∎ Make Outbound Call to agent for business and operational issues.
∎ Online training to Agent or Field Officers on system and service issues.
∎ Arrange weekly meeting with Agents, Filed Officers and Operations Manager.
∎ Offsite and Onsite training to Call Center officers on agent banking business and operations.
∎ Compile customer complaints from Agents for Central bank reporting through RIT.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 02-03 years' experience in Bank.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not apply.
∎ Candidates having break of services need not apply.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Package - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Should be dedicated & career focused.
