Job Responsibilities:
∎ Affiliation with companies to business development.
∎ Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
∎ Research customer demand and build relationships with new segment.
∎ Design approaches for the fund collection and disbursement (private & Govt.) as per client requirements.
∎ Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's need, concerns and objectives.
∎ Participate in pricing the solution/service.
∎ Run different projects like School Banking, safety net payment, Distributor bill collection, Insurance fee collection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have at least 2 years relevant experience.
∎ Sound knowledge in agent banking, general banking and Bangladesh Bank agent banking prudential guideline etc.
∎ Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Bangladesh Bank Circulars & Guidelines, market risks, financial instruments, IIA Standards, etc
∎ Strong analytical ability & leadership quality.
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal & Communication skills
∎ Self -starter with drive & initiatives
∎ Language proficiency both in Bangla and English
