∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange transport for official purposes and visits, check back drivers duty register and fuel consumption of each vehicle. Should there be need for mechanical and or electrical trouble shooting, will bring to the notice of Bongo Engineering.
∎ Be responsible to implement the pick and drop schedule of staff from and to prescribe destinations.
∎ Ensure the vehicles are used in accordance with Govt. /BRTA Rules and Regulations and that vehicle usage data is correctly recorded.
∎ Coordinate the movement of vehicles and other transportation assets.
∎ Ensure the appropriate use, maintenance and repair of all light vehicles.
∎ Create and/or modify various systems to manage the movement of vehicles and personnel.
∎ Transportation fuel & maintenance cost checkup.
∎ Vehicle performance analysis and prepare report accordingly.
∎ Any other task assigned by Department Head as and when required.
∎ Maintain liaison with government offices, locals and law enforcing agencies as and when required.
∎ Entertainment of buyer and Guest
∎ Monitor Proper House Keeping Supervision, canteen and dining management.
∎ Ensure cleanliness, safety & security of Factory premises.
∎ Handle any unwanted situation competently, promptly & tactfully with the assistance of internal support as well as the concerned external as and when situation demands.

∎ Age 28 to 32 years
