Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain files, records, and databases (digital & physical).
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up actions.
  • Support management with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
