∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all kind of personal agreement on behalf of MD.
∎ Monitoring all the running projects on regular basis & day to day report submission to MD with particular reference.
∎ House & property maintenance assigned by MD.
∎ Time to time follow up on all legal issues.
∎ Update legal papers, renew licenses.
∎ Travel arrangement (Arrange visa, tickets etc.)
∎ Schedule regular team meetings to discuss about office updates, issues and recommendations
∎ Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
∎ Preparing letters, presentations and reports
∎ Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
∎ Following up on MD's personal affairs (Property, vehicles, Land, construction related work)
∎ Managing office budgets
∎ Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
∎ Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
∎ Monitor vehicle management, controlling & effective utilization of vehicle operation.
∎ Respond to employee concerns in timely manner.
∎ Provide direction and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties.
∎ Manage administrative, logistical, human resources to support company operations.
∎ Able to travel with/for MD
∎ Strongly follow up on overall office safety & security
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Neat & Clean, Well groomed & Good height
∎ Candidates, who are Retired from Army, Navy, Air force will get preference
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 45000 (Monthly)
