Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred in a Life Insurance Company with exposure to branch operations, customer service, and/or sales support functions.

Responsibilities & Context: The Incharge of Ghorashal Area Office will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational and administrative functions of the branch, supporting sales teams, coordinating underwriting and customer servicing, and maintaining compliance. The role will act as a bridge between Head Office and the field force to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Underwriting & Customer Servicing
- ·Coordinate with Underwriting Department for proposal processing.
- ·Ensure timely delivery of policy documents and customer communications.
- ·Handle client queries and complaints in coordination with the Customer Service and Branch Service Team.
Sales Team & Field Force Support
- ·Provide operational support to sales teams to achieve business targets.
- ·Facilitate licensing and compliance requirements for field force members.
- ·Monitor and track sales contests, incentives, and business performance updates.
Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities
- ·Oversee daily administrative activities of the Area Office.
- Supervise support staff and ensure office discipline, efficiency, and service orientation.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Office & Facility Management
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the Area Office premises.
- Monitor utilization of office resources, assets, and ensure cost efficiency.
Coordination with Head Office
- Act as a liaison between Head Office and the Area Office for cross-functional activities.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, data, and feedback to relevant departments.
- Support implementation of new initiatives, systems, and business processes from Head Office.
