Responsibilities & Context:
  • Enter and update data into computer databases and software systems from various sources
  • Create and maintain organized records of data entries, ensuring easy retrieval when needed
  • Use various software applications and tools for data management systems, to perform data entry tasks
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to report on progress and seek clarification when needed
  • Issue/ Prepare any kind of letter & bill
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Software posting
  • Any other tasks assigned by the authority
