  • Proactive, helpful attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Highly organized and reliable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization; manage pantry supplies.
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks like recording expenses.
  • Provide support in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Liaise with on-ground staff and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist the travel team with printing tickets, vouchers, itineraries, and visa documents.
  • Help in filing and organizing client documents, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Prepare basic reports and correspondence as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance (IT, printer, utilities).
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the team.
