Experience & Skills Required

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office or other marketing tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends.
• Create engaging content for digital and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with other team to brainstorm new ideas.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Support day-to-day marketing administrative tasks.

• Previous experience in travel blogging or content creation is a plus
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and social
• media.
• After sales support
• Host regular live sessions to promote services, share updates, and engage with audiences in real-time.
• Maintain regular feedback loops with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
• Call clients regularly to share updates, promotions, and respond to inquiries.
• Respond to messages, comments, and queries on all company social media platforms promptly.
• Basic video editing is plus.
