Responsibilities & Context:
Examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and provide appropriate treatment.
Provide immediate care to IPD patients and report to the respective Consultants.
Assist the consultant doctor in seeing patients and taking initial patient histories.
Conduct daily patient rounds, update case notes, review reports, and record progress.
Ensure proper patient management as per hospital protocol.
Prepare medical documentation, prescriptions, and investigation reports accurately.
Clearly explain the consultant’s treatment plan to patients and their families.
Perform duties in IPD, Emergency, and designated shifts.
