• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and configurations.
• Experience in ERP implementation and business process analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and provide training.

Job Summary:

The Odoo Functional Specialist is responsible for analyzing business needs, implementing Odoo solutions, and optimizing ERP functionalities. This role requires a deep understanding of Odoo modules, business processes, and system configurations to support different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into Odoo functional solutions.
• Configure, implement, and support Odoo modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, CRM, HR, and Manufacturing.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for Odoo functionalities.
• Collaborate with developers for system customization and integration.
• Ensure data integrity and proper system workflows.
• Assist in Odoo version upgrades and migrations.
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and best practices.
