Responsibilities & Context

Core Purpose of the Job Installing, monitoring, and maintaining electronic devices and equipment, such as circuits, control units, and machines, as well as assisting electronics engineers in research and development activities. 

Areas of Responsibility (AOR) / Duties 

•  Directing the efforts of workers, mechanics, and other craftsmen in installing and coordinating electronic devices. 

• Studying blueprints and determining the type and quantity of materials, equipment, and labor required based on the drawings. 

• Providing technical assistance to engineers in research and development efforts related to electronic devices. 

• Performing routine inspections for preventive maintenance, diagnosing potential damages and malfunctions, and taking corrective actions. 

• Testing electronic devices after installation to ensure compliance with blueprints and specifications.
