We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner (HRBP). This role will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
The incumbent will lead HRBP initiatives across assigned accounts or business units, ensuring alignment between people strategy, client expectations, performance targets, and long-term organizational objectives within a high-performance, SLA-driven BPO environment.
Partner closely with business leaders to understand team goals, challenges, and growth plans
Translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives and workforce plans
Drive performance management processes and support leadership in building strong, accountable teams
Advise managers on employee relations matters, engagement, retention, and development
Support compensation reviews, talent calibration, and succession planning discussions
Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with local regulations and company standards
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, C&B, and HR Operations to deliver seamless HR support
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness
Strong administrative capability, including handling basic HR processes such as employee onboarding and offboarding
Lead talent retention strategies for critical roles and high-potential employees.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and L&D teams to ensure workforce capability and readiness.
Translate enterprise strategy into structured execution plans aligned to KPIs, resources, and business priorities.
Align teams to mission and performance expectations through strong communication and engagement leadership.
Conduct root-cause analysis and implement measurable improvement initiatives.
Provide leadership in complex employee relations cases, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Ensure policy governance, compliance with labor laws, and adherence to client contractual requirements.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
4–8 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HRBP leadership or service-based environments.
Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership and influencing business outcomes.
Demonstrated experience managing attrition, productivity, and engagement improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging HR metrics for strategic decisions.
Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Sound knowledge of labor law compliance and governance frameworks.
Leadership mindset with strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
