Responsibilities & Context:
Core Purpose of the Job
Interpret mechanical system schematics, diagnose and identify mechanical faults, estimate material costs and quantities, oversee maintenance activities, inspect repaired equipment, implement preventive maintenance programs, and prepare work reports.
Areas of Responsibility (AOR) / Duties
Interpret mechanical system schematics and determine fault diagnosis procedures.
Diagnose mechanical faults in systems, equipment, and devices, estimate material costs, and ensure procurement.
Prepare, document, and archive work reports.
Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance programs for mechanical systems, equipment, and devices.
Supervise repair procedures and inspect repaired mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
