• Sound knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial machinery, and maintenance practices.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical documents.

• Knowledge of pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and other industrial equipment will be preferred.

• Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and maintenance best practices.

Job Context

RR- Imperial Electricals Ltd. is seeking a competent, proactive, and technically skilled Jr. Executive (Mechanical Fitter) to support the installation, maintenance, and smooth operation of mechanical systems, machinery, and production equipment. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of mechanical equipment through effective maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical machinery, equipment, and components.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.

• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement timely corrective actions.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and technical documentation.

• Support production and facility operations by ensuring uninterrupted performance of mechanical equipment.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers when required.

• Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, and modification projects.
