Experience:

• Assist the Sr. Foremen (BAS and PABX) and Engineers in supervising, coordinating and executing the installation, testing, operation and maintenance of telephone, Fire Alarm System (FAS), Public Address (PA) and Master Antenna TV (MATV) systems across facilities.

• Participate in planning and implementing system upgrades and integration projects to enhance performance, reliability and compatibility among communication and safety systems.

• Conduct regular inspections, testing and performance evaluations of telephone, FAS, PA, and MATV components to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.

• Support in troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing faults in communication and alarm systems to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted functionality.

• Install, configure and maintain MATV systems, including amplifiers, cabling and distribution equipment, ensuring high-quality signal reception and performance.

• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, maintenance logs, inspection reports, inventory records and service activities for all related systems.

• Collaborate with other departments to integrate telephone, PA, FAS and MATV systems with broader building management and communication networks.

• Learn and apply technical drawings, schematics and manuals to support accurate installation and servicing procedures while adhering to safety best practices.
