Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-oriented HR professional to join our team as a Specialist – People & Culture. The role will primarily focus on high-volume Talent Acquisition, along with responsibility for HR Operations and Learning & Development coordination in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The incumbent will play a hands-on role in supporting operational manpower requirements, maintaining smooth HR processes, and assisting in employee capability development initiatives to ensure service delivery excellence.

Job Details

 

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the complete hiring lifecycle—from intake alignment and sourcing strategy to offer rollout and onboarding handover.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role scope, expectations, and hiring timelines.

  • Apply structured screening and interviewing methodologies to assess competency, capability, and cultural alignment.

  • Execute niche and targeted sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, headhunting, and industry-specific channels.

  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring, technical, and strategic roles.

  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers through influencing, negotiation, and structured advisory.

 

Learning & Development

  • Design and execute training programs to meet the needs of various departments, levels, and job categories.

  • Conduct needs assessments through employee feedback, performance appraisals, and department goals to identify training gaps.

  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, performance reviews and post training assessments.

  • Develop career development plans for employees, including leadership development programs, mentoring, and coaching.

 

HR Operations/ People Service

  • Process and support employee lifecycle transactions, including documentation and system approvals and updates.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize HR processes and best practice improvements.

  • Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within fast-paced, scaling environments/BPO industry.

  • Strong expertise in headhunting and LinkedIn-based sourcing strategies.

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycles and structured hiring methodologies.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities along with excellent communication skills with strong candidate and hiring manager engagement ability.

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Familiarity with BPO workforce planning and shift-based operational structures.
