• Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent
• Responsible to handle outbound telemarketing calls
• Achieve the daily target
• Efficiently handle customers in Inbound calls
• Acting as a contact between the company and its customers
• Consultant with customers regarding their child`s care, food, nutrition, and growth
• Must have Good communication skill in Bangla and English with proper accent
• Excellent Communication skill to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills
• Applicants have to be Smart, energetic and good communication skill with nice voice is must
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during answering a call.
• Good computer skill is required
