- Responsible to handle outbound telemarketing calls
- Achieve the daily target
- Efficiently handle customers in Inbound calls
- Acting as a contact between the company and its customers
- Consultant with customers regarding their child`s care, food, nutrition, and growth
- Must have Good communication skill in Bangla and English with proper accent
- Excellent Communication skill to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills
- Applicants have to be Smart, energetic and good communication skill with nice voice is must
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during answering a call.
- Good computer skill is required
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic nutritionist to work for a Tele-health campaign for a renowned brand in our call center.
Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent
Responsible to handle inbound and outbound calls
Efficiently handle customers in Inbound calls
Acting as a consultant for the nutrition and food and health related queries of the customers for their children
