Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for providing first aid to emergency patients of factory and take necessary actions.
∎ Dispense over the counter drugs and proper referral suggestions while Doctor is not available at site.
∎ Ability to step in when needed, as an On Call.
∎ Brainstorming during critical situation handling in patient care.
∎ Check inventory and prepare requisition accordingly.
∎ Maintaining patient's health record and stock.
∎ Arrange monthly maternity awareness & first aid training.
∎ Responsible to maintain injury related registers and required paper works.
∎ Have to perform other duties and responsibilities as when assigned by the Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ B.Sc in Nursing with registration from Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC) will get preference
∎ Sound knowledge in HTN, Bronchial asthma, DM, HIV, COVID-19, Family Planning methods
∎ Calculation of Para, Gravida, EDD of pregnant workers
Salary: Negotiable
