Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Appointing Distributors, Dealers and Depo around the regions.
∎ Develops adequate training programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge, and to impart complete information regarding company policies.
∎ Maintains necessary personal contact with key customer management, trade groups and key industry personnel to Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships ascertain that maximum sales potential is being achieved.
∎ Analyze with the entire sales team, focus on gaps and mitigate the challenges.
∎ Design and execute various aspects of the sales channel, identify the market coverage gaps and take initiatives to expand the coverage and sustainable growth.
∎ Report on the progress of the company's revenue goals and other qualitative indexes of performance to the management from time to time.
∎ Analyze existing competitors' strategies and market trends to design effective trade Offers in coordination with marketing team.
∎ Drive customer acquisition strategy for the company with the aim of maximizing revenue and customer mind share.
∎ Compile with the credit policy by monitoring the party's monthly status like no of the parties enjoying excess credit limit, did not close the dues excess, and take necessary action to make them align as per credit policy.
∎ Keep abreast of present recovery status and coordinate with Administration department to recovery dues and prepare a report of monthly status.
∎ Work with cross-functional departments with other leadership and executive officer team members, to foster collaboration, faster revenue growth, and higher profitability.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
