Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree / Hon's / Masters (in case of special skill & experience, Education qualification may be relaxed).

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be certified from H&M buyer for NQC.
∎ Candidates should be experienced of 5 years as NQC for H&M.
∎ Work together with Quality personnel in the factory responsible for the H&M order.
∎ Develop, Manage, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems.
∎ Effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality: ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ To give size set sample & Initial approval as per H&M NQC Manual.
∎ To conduct a pre-production meeting as per H&M NQC Manual.
∎ Doing Sewing & Finishing in-line inspection as per NQC Manual to check the quality.
∎ Conduct Pre-Final inspection as per NQC Manual.
∎ Dummy fitting check & report as like H&M technician & report sent to H&M office.
∎ Should have clear idea about Dummy In Store check system.
∎ Should have clear idea about H&M Customer claim-RCA & CAPA.
∎ Follow the standard requirements, when inspecting the order.
∎ Check the material, weight, hand feel, stretch ability etc, correspond with seal counter sample.
∎ Find problems, do the root cause analysis and make corrective action plan report.
∎ Check the goods that packed according to packing inspection manual.
∎ Perform duties and maintain total reporting as and when required by the management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area's As Per H&M Quality System & NQC Manual-Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Final Inspection.
∎ Candidate must have a strong knowledge on woven tops (shirts and blouses) and different types of fabrication.
∎ Candidate must have good written and oral communication skill in English.
∎ Candidate must demonstrate computer literacy in word, excel, and power point.
∎ Candidate must be able to work independently and must be able to demonstrate leadership skills.
∎ Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 - 7 years of working in good reputed companies and should have sufficient experience in handling woven tops for reputed brands specially for H&M.
∎ Salary Range: Negotiable as per qualification and experience.
∎ Job Location: Dressmen Garments Limited, Chandra Kaliakoir, Gazipur District.
