Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Oversee all administrative operations during the night shift.
∎ • Ensure security, safety, and proper discipline of the workforce.
∎ • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to support smooth operations.
∎ • Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and worker movements.
∎ • Handle emergency situations and report to higher management as required.
∎ • Supervise canteen, housekeeping, and medical support during night hours.
∎ • Maintain shift-wise reports and hand over updates to day shift management.
∎ • Ensure compliance with factory policies and labor laws.
