Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ New Installation and configuring infrastructure hardware and software components including but not limited to servers, storage, firewalls, routers, switches, OS, systems and applications.
∎ Maintain all the Windows and Linux Based Physical Server and VM in full working condition.
∎ Monitoring resource utilization and performance of infrastructure components and Data Center facility and ensuring 24x7 service availability.
∎ Troubleshooting to resolve hardware, system and network issues.
∎ Perform system and network maintenance, and update periodically with service packs, patches, security updates and fixes.
∎ Maintain, configure, service and repair all the hardware, such as PC, Printer, UPS Router, Access point, Switch, LAN, etc.
∎ Ensure secure, including Antivirus solution, and back up of data.
∎ Interact and train the end users to use company applications, Mail, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Must have experience in the following technologies: Active Directory, DNS, CCNA, Endpoint protection.

Salary: Negotiable
