Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To install & configure networking LAN, WAN, VPN & Wireless knowledge, switch, router ( Mikrotik, Firewall).
∎ Professional knowledge of VLAN, VTP, trunking protocol, inter VLAN routing.
∎ Attending customers' complains and queries through phone calls, emails, or other means.
∎ Must have knowledge about transmission network.
∎ Must have very good knowledge about TCP/ IP.
∎ Must have very good understanding in Local Area Network.
∎ Monitoring, reporting and maintaining computer systems and network.
∎ Installation and troubleshooting of Mikrotik, Windows & Linux Based Operating System.
∎ Knowledge on basic hardware assembling and troubleshooting.
∎ Knowledge on basic GPON & EPON networks.
∎ 24 x 7 on call support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Have to work in roster schedule including night shift.
∎ Able to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
