Responsibilities & Context:
Provide technical support for network and IT systems to ensure uninterrupted services.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot networking equipment including routers (MikroTik), switches (Cisco, BDCOM), OLTs (VSOL, BDCOM, CDATA), ONU, and wireless devices.
Monitor network performance using network monitoring tools and take immediate action on alerts, faults, or service outages.
Configure and maintain VLAN, VTP, and Inter-VLAN routing.
Support and maintain transmission networks and backbone connectivity.
Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues via phone calls, emails, and remote support tools.
Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level engineers when required.
Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of issues, solutions, and configurations.
Ensure compliance with company standards, security policies, and operational procedures.
Assist during network upgrades, maintenance, and system improvements.
Work collaboratively with field engineers and network operations teams.
