∎ Diploma in Computer in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have practical knowledge to install and configure networking equipment's like - router (MikroTiK), switches (CISCO, BDCOM), OLTs (VSOL, BDCOM, CDATA), OLT, ONU and wireless devices.
∎ Professional knowledge of VLAN, VTP, trunking protocol, inter VLAN routing.
∎ Must have knowledge about transmission network.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Attending customers complains and queries through phone calls, emails, or other means.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge about networking equipment's like - router (MikroTik),switches (CISCO, BDCOM), OLTs (VSOL, BDCOM, C-DATA), OLT, ONU and wireless devices.
∎ Understand user technical requirements & network problems.
∎ Network Switch & Router configure.
∎ Structured network cabling.
∎ Computer hardware knowledge must.
∎ Administration and maintenance of Mikrotik knowledge must.
