∎ • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Hardware/Network/Computer Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have working experience at least two years as a Hardware & Network Engineer.
∎ The candidate should be a warm personality, attentive and smartly presentable.
∎ To supervise all daily and weekly IT procedures in the hotel.
∎ • The candidate will be fully in charge of IT Department and all of its related issues.
∎ • To Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
∎ To installation of CC Camera and monitoring/IP Camera set up and maintain DVR device in hotel.
∎ To troubleshoot systems and network problems, diagnosing and solving file Server, Network Sharing, Hardware (Router, switches, Server), Software, Scanner, Printer and Photocopier faults.
∎ To keep update with latest hotel technology and security risks on a regular basis.
∎ To responds courteously and efficiently to queries and problems from Hotel guests and system users.
∎ To responsible for overseeing and handling Network Configuration.
∎ Servers, Workstations, Networking Equipment, Pab-x, Cc Camera, Email accounts, and also support for the underlying Server/desktop infrastructure.
∎ Good Knowledge of networking infrastructure, including CAT 5/6 Cabling, Wireless Networks, Network Switches, WAN/LAN, Domain Controller, Active Directory, Firewall and VPN application.
∎ Configure Web mail, Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Proxy, FTP etc. under Linux/Windows platform.
∎ Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
∎ Checking daily backups, all system interfaces, Server hardware and logs.
∎ To Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.The Applicant should be aware of IT Security policies and ensures implementation.
∎ Design; Implement Preventive Maintenance for all IT hardware & Software.
∎ Develop and adapt any ideas that bring IT services to higher management.
∎ Any other tasks as/when assign by the Authority.
