In-depth knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, Subnetting)

Hands-on experience with Cisco/MikroTik/Ubiquiti network devices

Experience with Windows/Linux Server environments and virtualization platforms

Proficiency in managing enterprise tools (Active Directory, Group Policy, Network Monitoring tools)

Excellent teaching and communication skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Documentation and reporting skills using tools like MS Word, Excel, Visio

Prior teaching, training, or corporate knowledge-transfer experience will be an added advantage

• Regularly Conducting Courses: Deliver theoretical and practical classes on Hardware and Networking, Network Administration, Network Administration for Enterprise Solutions
• Design and Implementation: Plan, design, and implement scalable network infrastructures, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.
• Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other network equipment.
• Enterprise Network Solutions: Manage and administer enterprise-level network systems, including VLAN, VPN, load balancers, and cloud-integrated systems.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor network traffic, identify potential issues, and take corrective action to ensure optimal performance.
• Security Enforcement: Deploy and manage security appliances and protocols (firewalls, anti-virus, intrusion detection/prevention systems).
• Disaster Recovery & Backup: Establish and maintain backup solutions and disaster recovery strategies for IT systems and data.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system configurations, network diagrams, software licenses, inventory, and IT policies.
• Helpdesk & User Support: Provide tier-2/3 support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
