∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Core Network, NOC, Switching & Routing, TCPIP
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ability to troubleshoot complicated problems with minimal supervision.
∎ Handling traffic and any other issues identified by customers/partners.
∎ Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 network support, with no unplanned network disruptions.
∎ Collaborate with other networking groups (both internal and external) to identify and address operational issues related to maintenance/troubleshooting, as well as to give technical help during network outages.
∎ Router/Switch administration for carriers/enterprises (Multiple Hardware OEM) Requirements.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both on a proactive, planned, project basis as well as a crisis/problem recovery situation.
∎ Knowledge of routing & switching protocols and technologies.
∎ Excellent IPv4 & IPv6 networking fundamentals, DNS & DHCP.
∎ Knowledge / Experience with protocols and technologies such as STP, PVST, First Hop Redundancy Protocols, EtherChannel, QoS, NTP, 802.1x & NetFlow, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, PBR, IPv4, IPv6, L2VPN, L3VPN and other advanced LAN/WAN technologies and concepts.
∎ Candidates should also possess past experience with IPSec/Remote Access VPN technologies, Firewalls, Wireless (802.11x) & IT security best practices.
∎ Knowledge & Experience on ISP network provisioning, monitoring IP traffic & debugging routing issues and DDoS and attack mitigation techniques.

∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
