Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with clients to find out the nature of the technical or IT issue
∎ Responding to customer calls and technical support tickets
∎ Designing and implementing new network solutions and /or improving the efficiency of current networks
∎ Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
∎ Monitoring and analyzing Syslog data and identifying network faults and security holes
∎ Design and troubleshoot networking technologies including MPLS, EGP, IGP for customers.
∎ Customer visit for extended support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both on a proactive, planned project basis as well as a crisis/problem recovery situation.
∎ Must be detail-oriented, self-managing and team player.
∎ Able to perform roster duty.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to maintain deadlines.
∎ Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and teamwork skills
