Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in ECE
∎ Cisco certification: CCNA is required, CCNP will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Linux, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), System Engineer (Telecommunication Network)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain, troubleshoot, IP PABX, Soft Switch, SS7 gateway.
∎ To be capable to plan, design scalable solutions for IP telephony services.
∎ To design, implement, and maintain standard to complex IP telephony solutions meeting customer demands.
∎ To coordinate with ANS operators, ICX, IGW for call testing/routing/problem issues.
∎ Installation, Commissioning & Testing PRI and SS7 link.
∎ To perform proactive monitoring of call quality issues, and to take necessary initiative to resolve if any.
∎ Attending Pre-Sales meeting with Sales team.
∎ Day-to-day administration of billing server, prepaid and postpaid client provisioning, tariff or rate plan update/addition, call routing, Monitor Inbound and Outbound traffic to/from ICX, ANS etc.
∎ To coordinate with relevant department concerning IPTSP service/billing issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 4-6 years experience as System Engineer (Computer Network & System), System Engineer (Telecommunication Network). Linux Operating System.
∎ Must have working knowledge on Linux operating system, database management systems (MySQL etc.).
∎ Installation & Administration of IP-PABX like Asterisk, Elastix etc.
∎ Installation & Administration of Call Center server.
∎ Must have working experience with VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323, RTP), signaling protocols (SS7, ISDN PRI, Q. Sig, R2).
∎ Must have solid understanding on IPT billing system (CDR management), call routing.
∎ Work experience on FXO, FXS, E1/T1 Devices, IP Phone, Soft Phone, Soft-switch
∎ Practical experience in maintaining, troubleshooting IP PABX systems (Cisco, Avaya, Asterisk).
∎ Extensive knowledge and experience in IP routing and network infrastructure design.
∎ Basic knowledge on PHP and Database Administration.
∎ Strong verbal, presentation and written communications skills for potential customers
