Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Asterisk, Linux, MySQL, PHP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install IP-PBX at customer premise.
∎ Provide support to the customers.
∎ Attend meeting with customer.
∎ Provide CDR’s & other report requested by the customers.
∎ Update client information and keeping documents as per prescribed format, filing with proper labeling & keeping tracks for easy findings.
∎ Generate all kind of ad hoc Reports (requested by Management/HOD/Accounts/Support).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Certification on Asterisk and Linux will be added advantage.
∎ Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in relevant position.
∎ Should have knowledge in Asterisk Installation and configuration.
∎ An appetite to learn new technologies and a drive for continual improvement.
∎ You need to have technical skills in some of the below: HTML/Python/PHP/MySQL/JavaScript/Linux/ Asterisk etc.

Salary: Negotiable
