Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. In EEE/ EECE/ ECE/ ETE, CSE from any UGC Approved University in Bangladesh (MIST, BRACU, DIU graduates will get preference)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ IP network configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
∎ Team player and strong interpersonal and leadership skill
∎ Good understanding of IP Subnetting, OSPF, BGP, VPN, L3/L2 Tunnel, Inter-VLAN Routing,MPLS,GRE
∎ Full Support, design, configure, maintain and upgrade in-house network and various servers.
∎ Monitor network performance (Availability, utilization, throughout, good put and latency)
∎ Specify system requirement and design solutions.
∎ Prepare various reports to analyze the network performance.
∎ Create, handle & finalize the TT (Trouble ticket) of every fault & make daily report.
∎ Perform troubleshooting & Communicate with site engineers and other NOCs (Operators, Vendors, IIG, NTTN, Fiber vendors).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ The applicants must have 0-2 years of experience in ISP or IT Enabled Service
∎ Able to Configure Cisco, MikroTik, Huawei routers and switches.
∎ CCNA, MTCNA & MTCRE Certified will be great plus.
∎ The applicants should have proven experience in network engineering role.
∎ Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
∎ Excellent knowledge of best practice around management, control and monitoring of server infrastructure.
∎ Experience with firewalls, internet VPN's remote implementation, troubleshooting and problem resolution is desired
∎ Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
∎ Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
∎ Networking, windows, cisco, mikrotik, wifi solution.
∎ Natural / Acquired technical attitude
∎ Fully bilingual-read, write, speak in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work at height and in confined spaces
∎ Must have administrative skill and network maintenance experience.
∎ Good computer literate specially in MS Office.
