Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 Years Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, IT, Telecom
∎ Educational qualification will be relaxed for expert technicians.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation & commissioning of network equipment (Cisco, Huawei, Mikrotik Switch/Router)
∎ Physical network (LAN) configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
∎ Optical Fiber layout, troubleshooting & maintenance.
∎ On-site support for nationwide POP & Corporate clients.
∎ Team player and strong interpersonal skill.
∎ Good understanding of optical fiber, network equipment, wifi router etc.
∎ Ensure 24/7 (roster) uninterrupted support to client.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Excellent communication skill, capability to work under pressure.
∎ 1-2 years in related field, Freshers are encouraged to apply.
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area 1. Customer support 2. ISP Business
∎ TCP/IP sound knowledge.
∎ Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
∎ Networking, windows, cisco, mikrotik, wifi solution.
∎ Natural / Acquired technical attitude
∎ Good in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work at height and in confined spaces
∎ Must have administrative skill and network maintenance experience.
∎ Good computer operation skill.
