  • Must have a strong understanding of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and LAN/WAN setup.

  • Should be proactive in identifying and resolving technical issues before they impact users.

  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Willingness to work during off-hours or weekends if required for urgent network issues or maintenance.

  • Must have the ability to document technical issues and solutions clearly for internal use.

  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with Mikrotik, Cisco, or similar network devices will be an added advantage.

  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity and network safety practices is a plus.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, servers, WiFi routers, MikroTik, OLT, ONU, and media converters.

  • Implement and manage routing protocols (Static, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).

  • Configure and manage TCP/IP services: FTP, SSH, Telnet, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, HTTP/HTTPS.

  • Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN infrastructure with VLANs, VPNs, NAT/DNAT, and firewall security.

  • Provide user-level technical support in Windows (7/8/10, Server) and Linux (RedHat/CentOS/Ubuntu).

  • Perform Linux system administration including installation, updates, and security configurations.

  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot network performance using tools such as Wireshark, PuTTY, VMware, and VNC.

  • Manage bandwidth, hotspot solutions, PPPoE servers, and enforce security features such as DHCP snooping, ARP inspection, ACLs, and port security.

  • Support email systems including Microsoft Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
