Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), or an equivalent discipline from any reputed institution

• Age At most 34 years

• Strong expertise in networking technologies

• Sound knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, VLAN, VPN, Wireless Networking, Firewall Management, DHCP, DNS and Network Security

• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MTCNA, NSE, or equivalent will be considered an added advantage

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Design, implement, administer, and maintain the organization's LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN and overall network infrastructure across the Head Office, Plants, Distribution Centers and nationwide depots to ensure secure, reliable and uninterrupted network operations

• Configure, monitor, optimize and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points and other network devices to maximize network performance, availability and business continuity

• Continuously monitor network performance, identify potential issues, perform root cause analysis and implement proactive solutions to enhance system efficiency, reliability and uptime

• Administer network security by managing firewalls, VPN connectivity, network access controls, user authentication and security policies in compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices

• Plan, implement and support network expansion projects, infrastructure upgrades, technology refresh initiatives and disaster recovery solutions to meet evolving business and operational requirements

• Maintain accurate network documentation, including network topology diagrams, IP addressing schemes, device configurations, asset inventories, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and backup of network configurations to ensure effective change management and disaster recovery

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, vendors and business stakeholders to support infrastructure projects, resolve complex network issues and ensure seamless connectivity across all business locations

• Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity standards and organizational policies while maintaining high standards of network availability, security and operational excellence
