Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical oversight of a multi-site enterprise level WAN, including planning, implementation/expansion, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
∎ Firewall Configuration, Administration, and Management.
∎ WLAN Controller administration (Cisco, Cambium, Grand stream).
∎ installing and configuring network devices and systems (CISCO, Juniper, Mikrotik).
∎ Configure IP routing like BGP, OSPF, etc.
∎ Configure and manage different types of VPN like GRE, IPSEC, IP-IP, PPTP, etc to route traffic between different networks.
∎ Configure and Manage security protocols SSL, ACL, VLAN, VTP, STP, NAT, etc.
∎ Configure and manage Bandwidth Manager (Allot, Mikrotik) to Ensure proper Bandwidth to all sites.
∎ Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems.
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations and cabling layouts.
∎ Configure and Manage Data network for Different sites.
∎ Maintain network security, analyze networks for security threats.
∎ IP phone Administration.
∎ Video Conferencing system (Polycom) administration.
∎ CCTV Surveillance System troubleshooting, maintenance and Monitoring.
∎ Microsoft Windows server, Linux, Active Directory System, Exchange server, office 365, SQL server and web application.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Hardware Engineer, Network Engineer, IT Support Engineer, IT System Management, System Engineer
∎ Cisco & Mikrotik certified or course completed will get preferences
∎ Need to be smart, energetic, self-motivated and confident and enjoy work under pressure
∎ Can work independently and have multitasking ability.
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
∎ Fluent in speaking and writing Bengali and English.
