Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE, IT, ETE, ECE
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,CCNP
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform problem analysis and provide recommendations for enhancements to Data Network and Security
∎ Perform gap analysis and implement steps for improving service quality
∎ Extend consulting and design
∎ Monitor and manage SLAs and service quality
∎ Knowledge of monitoring and management tools like (Cisco works, HP OV, CA Unicenter, or IBM Tivoli)
∎ Conduct internal audits to check the compliance of the team. Networking experience and extensive knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies (Gigabit Ethernet, L2/L3 Switching, Frame Relay, VLANs) are required. Service Delivery, Router Management, and configuration knowledge/experience. Hands-On experience with CISCO ACI technology.
∎ Candidates must have experience in Security related fields (firewalls, IDP, VPN, network access control), e-mail filtering, Load Balancers (F5), and WAN Accelerators (Cisco).
∎ Extensive experience in the design, configuration, and troubleshooting of routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), experience with Cisco PIX, Big IP Load Balancers, Cisco VPN Concentrators, RADIUS and WAN accelerators
∎ Knowledge of authentication into an Active Directory Environment, Cisco AP configuration (Aironet 12000 series, etc.) and Wireless Access Security (WEP, Rotating WEP, LEAP, PEAP, and wireless area networks)
∎ IPSEC tunneling, QOS, Spanning Tree, VLAN configuration, VRRP, HSRP with traditional ISDN, T1-DS3, Content Switching, Network Design, IP address Management, Performance Management, Optimization, Documentation, and Inventory Management.
∎ Generate periodic reports with the help of the tools
∎ Troubleshooting the problems reported on the network devices and providing Root cause analysis
∎ Provide active involvement in Meetings related to network change and install
∎ Contribute to the internal knowledge management system
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Good knowledge of Data Networking and Security interrelated components
∎ Knowledge of monitoring and management tools like (Cisco works, HP OV, CA Unicenter, or IBM Tivoli)
